The taplamp uses a "glas spigot" that doubles as a switch and dimmer. The "glas spigot" is directly connected to the bulb. By turning the bulb you can switch and dim the light.

The philosophy of this concept plays with inconsistencies and analogies: You can touch and move the bulb for the control of the luminance, which is normally not allowed. The associtation with the spigot calls for an attentive handling.
